1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Order details — your name, phone number and delivery address, provided when you place an order via WhatsApp or by phone.
  • Cart contents — stored only in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device until you choose to send an order.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and performance.

We do not process card payments on this website and never see or store your payment details.

3. How we use it

  • To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
  • To answer your questions and handle warranty or return requests.
  • To keep the website secure and improve how it works.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have explicitly asked for them, and we never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies & local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for exactly two things: remembering your cart and remembering that you have already seen the intro animation. Both stay on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

5. Third parties

When you place an order through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under its own privacy policy. Delivery partners receive only what they need to deliver your parcel: your name, phone number and address.

6. How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as required for warranty service and UAE tax and commercial regulations, then deleted. Server logs are rotated automatically within 90 days.

7. Your rights

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to any use of your data.
