1. About us

STATI.ONE (stati.one) is operated from 3 34a St, Mirdif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products & authenticity

Every product we sell is 100% genuine, sourced through official distribution channels and covered by the manufacturer's warranty valid in the UAE.

3. Prices

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will not change after confirmation.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is confirmed; you may always cancel free of charge in that case.

4. Orders

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp, phone or in-store. An order is binding once we confirm availability and total price.
• Payment is on delivery (cash or card) or in-store, unless we agree otherwise.
• Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives; we will give you an estimated date when confirming.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, timelines and the free-delivery threshold are described on the Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns & warranty

• 7-day returns: unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Defective items are handled under the official Sony Gulf warranty; we will help you with the process either way.
• Refunds are issued the same way the payment was made, within 7 business days of receiving the item back.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
