Delivery options

  • Dubai — same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 15:00, otherwise next day.
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman — next business day.
  • Other Emirates — 1–2 business days.
  • Store pickup — free, usually ready within 2 hours at 3 34a St, Mirdif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Delivery cost

  • Orders of AED 500 or more — free delivery anywhere in the UAE.
  • Orders under AED 500 — flat AED 25.
  • Large TVs (65″ and above) are delivered by a two-person team with unpacking and a quick check — free over AED 500 as well.

Payment

Pay on delivery by cash or card, or in-store. Every parcel is insured for its full value while in transit.

7-day returns

  • Changed your mind? Return any unopened item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Received a defective or wrong item? We collect it at our expense and replace it or refund you — your choice.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days the same way you paid.

Warranty

All products carry the official manufacturer's Gulf warranty valid across the UAE and GCC. Keep your invoice — that's all you need. If anything goes wrong, message us first and we'll handle the service process for you.
